摩擦片磨损引起的制动噪声及其抑制措施研究
Research on braking noise caused by friction pad wear and its suppression measures
【摘要】 摩擦片磨损对制动噪声具有重要影响。为研究不同摩擦片磨损形式对汽车盘式制动器制动噪声的影响机制,以某通风盘式制动器为研究对象,采用复特征值法,从自由模态和制动盘与摩擦片之间的接触压力分布两个方面进行了分析,并给出了制动噪声的抑制措施。研究结果表明:摩擦片磨损会改变固有频率和接触压力,导致偏磨状态摩擦片的噪声倾向增加;摩擦片开槽对无磨损摩擦片的制动噪声抑制效果最好,与不开槽无磨损摩擦片相比,振动倾向系数总体降低了53%;增加背板厚度对均匀磨损摩擦片、偏磨摩擦片的制动噪声抑制效果较好,与不增加背板厚度的均匀磨损和偏磨摩擦片相比,振动倾向系数分别降低了41%、36%。
【Abstract】 The wear of friction pads has a significant impact on braking noise. To investigate the influence mechanism of different friction pad wear patterns on the braking noise of automotive disc brakes, this paper takes a ventilated disc brake as the research object and uses the complex eigenvalue method to analyze the free modal and the contact pressure distribution between the brake disc and the friction pads. Additionally, measures to suppress braking noise were proposed. The study reveals that friction pad wear leads to changes in natural frequencies and contact pressure, thereby increasing the noise propensity of unevenly worn friction pads. Slotting the friction pads provides the best noise suppression effect for new friction pads, with the tendency of instability index overall reduced by 53% compared to new friction pads without slots. Increasing the thickness of the backplate offers the best effect on suppressing braking noise of uniformly worn and unevenly worn friction pads. Compared to uniformly worn and unevenly worn friction pads without increased backplate thickness, the tendency of instability index reduced by 41% and 36%, respectively.
