【Abstract】 This paper summarzied professor DENG Tietao’s clinical experience in using the empirical formula Zhenfeng Decoction(珍凤汤) to treat Lin(淋) syndrome(stranguria). It is considered that the pathogenesis of stranguria rooted in spleen deficiency with damp-heat in the lower jiao(焦) as the branch. The therapeutic principle is to clear and drain damp-heat from the lower jiao while strengthening spleen qi. On this basis, Zhenfeng Decoction is established to treat both root and branch. With flexible modifications according to symptoms, it has been applied to treat various types of stranguria, including qi strangury, fatigue-induced strangury, heat strangury, blood strangury, chylous strangury, stony strangury and strangury bi(痹), thus providing reference for diagnosing and treating stranguria in clinical practice.更多还原
