【摘要】 目的 探讨问题式教学（problem-based learning,PBL）联合迷你临床演练评估（mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX）教学模式在脾胃肝胆科临床实习中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年9月—2022年9月北京中医药大学东方医院方庄院区脾胃肝胆科的实习医师60人为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组，各30人。实验组采用PBL教学模式，对照组采用传统教学模式，应用理论考试、Mini-CEX评价教学效果。结果 实验组理论考试成绩、Mini-CEX测评量表评分均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 PBL联合Mini-CEX教学模式在临床实习的应用中取得良好效果，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of problem-based learning(PBL) combined with mini-clinical evaluation exercise(MiniCEX) teaching mode in the clinical practice of gastroenterology department. Methods Sixty interns from the Department of Gastroenterology at Fangzhuang Campus of Dongfang Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, with 30 interns in each group. The experimental group adopted the PBL teaching model, while the control group adopted the traditional teaching model. Theoretical examinations and Mini-CEX were used to evaluate the teaching effects. Results The scores of theoretical examinations and Mini-CEX evaluation scales in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion PBL combined with Mini-CEX teaching mode has achieved good results in clinical practice and is worth promoting.更多还原
