【摘要】 国医大师禤国维教授核心学术思想是平调阴阳、以和思辨。禤国维教授认为一些难治性、顽固性皮肤病与肾的关系密切，擅用补肾法治疗损美性皮肤病。文章从病机、立法、方药方面总结禤国维教授治疗斑秃、雄激素性秃发、痤疮、黄褐斑、白癜风的临床经验及特色用药等内容，以展示禤国维教授运用补肾法治疗损美性皮肤病的思路，即抓核心病机，立法调和阴阳，组方用药平衡阴阳，最终实现阴平阳秘。更多还原

【Abstract】 The core academic idea of national traditional Chinese medicine Master Professor Xuan Guo Wei is regulating yin and yang in a balanced manner and conducting syndrome differentiation with the concept of harmony. Professor Xuan Guowei believes that some refractory and intractable skin diseases are closely related to the kidney, and is skilled in using the kidney-nourishing method to treat cosmetically damaging skin diseases. This article summarized Professor Xuan Guowei’s clinical experience and characteristic medication in treating alopecia areata, androgenetic alopecia, acne, chloasma, and vitiligo from the aspects of pathogenesis, therapeutic principle formulation, and prescription-drug combination. It aims to demonstrate Professor Xuan Guowei’s thinking in applying the kidney-nourishing method to treat cosmetically damaging skin diseases, which is to identify the core pathogenesis, formulate therapeutic principles for regulating yin and yang, compose prescriptions and select drugs to balance yin and yang, and ultimately achieve the state of relative equilibrium of yin-yang.更多还原
