【摘要】 高血压病影响人体重要脏器，如心、脑、肾、血管等，最终导致器官衰竭。H型高血压病是原发性高血压病合并血清同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平增高，其不断发展会加重人体器官的损害。近年来，随着H型高血压病发病率的不断增高，现代医学建议改善饮食结构，多食富含叶酸的食物，加上富含叶酸的复方制剂降压药来调节血压及Hcy水平，但对部分患者疗效较差。中医药在诊治H型高血压病及其靶器官损害领域具有特殊优势。此文对其中医药疗法发展作一简要回顾，以期对临床辨证诊断H型高血压病及靶器官损伤有所帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hypertension affects important organs of the human body, such as the heart, brain, kidneys, and blood vessels, and eventually leads to organ failure. H-type hypertension refers to essential hypertension complicated with elevated serum homocysteine(Hcy) levels, and its progressive development will aggravate the damage to human organs. In recent years, with the increasing incidence of H-type hypertension, modern medicine recommends improving dietary structure, increasing intake of folate-rich foods, and using folate-containing compound antihypertensive drugs to regulate blood pressure and Hcy levels. However, the therapeutic effect is poor in some patients. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has unique advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of H-type hypertension and its target organ damage. This article provided a brief review of the development of therapy of TCM for it, aiming to be helpful for the clinical syndrome differentiation and diagnosis of H-type hypertension and its target organ damage.更多还原
