【摘要】 目的 观察金水相生法对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)肺肾气虚证的临床疗效。方法 采用随机数字表法将150例稳定期COPD患者随机分成饮片组、敷贴组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,饮片组和敷贴组在常规西药治疗基础上,分别采用金水相生复方和穴位贴敷治疗,疗程均为12周。观察三组治疗前后COPD评估测试(CAT)评分、中医证候积分及中医证候疗效。结果 三组治疗后CAT评分、中医证候积分均显著下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001);饮片组CAT评分及中医证候积分下降水平大于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。饮片组总有效率为88.0%(44/50),敷贴组为76.0%(38/50),对照组为64.0%(32/50),饮片组疗效优于对照组、敷贴组(P<0.05)。结论 金水相生法复方结合西医常规治疗可以更好地改善COPD患者症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得进一步研究、推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mutual generation between metal and water method on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in stable phase of qi deficiency of lung and kidney type. Methods A total of 150 patients with stable COPD were randomly divided into a piece group, an application group, and a control group using the random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine. On the basis of conventional Western medi-cine treatment, the piece group and the application group were treated with the compound prescription of mutual generation between metal and water method and acupoint application, respectively, with a treatment course of 12 weeks. The COPD assessment test(CAT) scores, traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) syndrome scores, and TCM syndrome efficacy of the three groups were observed before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the CAT scores and TCM syndrome scores in all three groups decreased significantly, and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.001). The decreases in CAT scores and TCM syndrome scores in the piece group were higher than those in the other two groups, and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05). The total effective rate was 88.0%(44/50) in the piece group, 76.0%(38/50) in the application group, and 64.0%(32/50) in the control group. The efficacy of the piece group was superior to that of the control group and the application group(P<0.05). Conclusion The compound prescription based on mutual generation of metal and water method combined with conventional Western medicine treatment can better improve the symptoms of COPD patients and enhance their quality of life, which is worthy of further research and promotion.更多还原
