【摘要】 传统的医学实验教学模式受到专业特殊性、场地、设备、师资等众多因素的限制。文章开发并应用虚拟仿真实验教学项目，探索虚拟仿真实验教学在中医药人才培养中的应用。以“基于虚拟仿真模拟情景的厥脱急救思维训练”项目为例，通过设置成人院前心肺复苏、高坠伤引起失血性休克（厥脱）的救治、急性上消化道出血（厥脱）的救治3个模块，优化整合多种教学资源，帮助学生从实训中建立急诊急救的临床思维。虚拟仿真实验教学项目的应用弥补了中医临床技能实验教学的不足，达到了有效提升中医药实践教学质量的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The traditional medical experimental teaching model is restricted by many factors such as the professionalism of the discipline, venues, equipment, and teaching staff. This paper developed and applied virtual simulation experimental teaching projects to explore the application of virtual simulation experimental teaching in the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) talents. Taking the project of “Emergency Thinking Training for Syncope Based on Virtual Simulation Scenarios” as an example, it optimized and integrated various teaching resources by setting up three modules as adult pre-hospital cardiopulmonary resuscitation, treatment of hemorrhagic shock(syncope) caused by high-altitude fall injuries, and treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding(syncope). This helps students establish clinical thinking in emergency first aid through practical training. The application of virtual simulation experimental teaching projects makes up for the shortcomings of experimental teaching in TCM clinical skills, and achieves the goal of effectively improving the quality of practical teaching in TCM.更多还原
