【摘要】 小儿变应性鼻炎又称过敏性鼻炎，是儿童时期的常见呼吸系统疾病；若治疗不及时，或可合并变应性哮喘、慢性鼻窦炎、中耳炎、上气道咳嗽综合征等疾病，影响患儿的生长发育及生活质量。文章从李燕宁教授的临床有效案例入手，分析、总结出从太阳太阴合病论治小儿变应性鼻炎的经验。李教授认为小儿变应性鼻炎与肺、脾二脏密切相关，以太阴经为本，故以解表散寒、温补脾阳为主，兼宣通鼻窍，方选小青龙汤加减，同时随证化裁，临床取得较好疗效。另附案例一则，以资验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Allergic rhinitis in children, also known as allergic rhinitis, is a common respiratory disease in childhood. If it is not treated in a timely manner, it may be complicated with diseases such as allergic asthma, chronic sinusitis, otitis media, upper airway cough syndrome, etc., which will affect the growth, development and quality of life of children. This article analyzed and summarized the experience of treating allergic rhinitis in children from the perspective of Taiyang-Taiyin combined disease based on the clinical effective cases of Professor Li Yanning. Professor Li believes that p allergic rhinitis in children is closely related to the lungs and spleen. Taking the Taiyin meridian as the foundation, the treatment mainly focuses on relieving the exterior and dispelling cold, warming and tonifying the spleen yang, and also includes the method of promoting the unobstruction of the nasal orifices. The modified Xiaoqinglong decoction is selected as the prescription. At the same time, the prescription is adjusted according to the symptoms, achieving good clinical curative effects.
