【摘要】 党的二十大报告指出要促进中医药传承创新发展。随着中医药疗效价值和理论价值不断得到认可，中医药文化的传播变得更有凝聚力、感染力、创造力。此文通过文献研究分析欧洲国家对中医药的发展和立法，旨在为中医药“走出国门”提出建议。文章整理综述了中医药在欧洲传播存在的问题，主要是文化差异导致中医认同度低、不同法律法规的限制、传播方式单一、人才短缺等；提出了应对策略，主要是推动破除文化壁垒、增强中医药文化传播数字化、加强国际中医药标准的制定和推广、推进中医药数字平台建设、完善中医药人才培养机制建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 The report of the 20th Party Congress points out that the development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) heritage and innovation should be promoted. As the therapeutic and theoretical values of TCM continue to be recognized, the dissemination of TCM culture has become more cohesive, infectious and creative. This paper analyzed the development and legislation of TCM in European countries through literature research, and aimed to make suggestions for the dissemination of TCM “out of the country”. This paper systematically analyzed the challenges faced in the dissemination of TCM in Europe. These challenges primarily include the low acceptance of TCM due to cultural differences, restrictions imposed by varying legal and regulatory frameworks, a lack of diversified dissemination approaches, and a shortage of qualified professionals. To address these issues, the proposed strategies focus on promoting the dismantling of cultural barriers, enhancing digital outreach for TCM culture, reinforcing the development and promotion of international TCM standards, facilitating the establishment of TCM digital platforms, and improving the mechanisms for training TCM professionals.更多还原
