【摘要】 目的 观察亲子推拿对儿童心理行为问题的干预作用。方法 535例学龄前儿童的家长填写Conners父母症状问卷（PSQ），评分异常的儿童共64例，随机纳入对照组和推拿组，各32例。对照组仅给予常规宣教；推拿组在此基础上由父母给孩子推拿，每次8～10 min，每周6次，共持续8周。干预结束时，家长再次填写PSQ。结果 对照组30例、推拿组29例纳入统计分析。干预8周后，与对照组比较，推拿组儿童在品行问题、学习问题、冲动-多动、焦虑和多动指数方面的评分均显著下降（P<0.05）。过敏性疾病是学龄前儿童行为问题的影响因素。结论 亲子推拿有助于改善儿童心理行为问题，过敏性疾病影响儿童的心理行为。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the intervention effect of parent-child massage on children’s psychological and behavioral problems. Methods Parents of 535 preschoolers filled out the Conners Parent Symptom Questionnaire(PSQ). A total of 64 children with abnormal scores were randomly divided into control group and massage group, with 32 children in each group. The control group was given only routine education. On this basis, parents in the massage group gave their children massage for 8～10min/time, 6 times/week, lasting for 8 weeks. At the end of the intervention, the parent filled out the PSQ again. Results A total of 30 cases in the control group and 29 cases in the massage group were included in the statistical analysis. After 8 weeks of intervention, compared with the control group, the scores of conduct problems, learning problems, impulsive-hyperactivity, anxiety and hyperactivity index of children in the massage group were significantly decreased(P<0.05). Allergic disease is an influential factor in the behavior problems of preschool children. Conclusion Parent-child massage helps to improve children’s psychological and behavioral problems. Allergic diseases affect children’s psychological behavior.更多还原
