以岗位胜任力为导向的中西医临床医学专业人才培养模式改革
Reform of Competency-based Training Model for Clinical Medical Professionals of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine with a Focus on Job Competence
【摘要】 针对现阶段中西医临床医学专业人才培养过程中存在的问题,进行以岗位胜任力为导向的中西医临床医学专业人才培养模式改革。进一步明晰人才培养目标,实施“2.5+2.5”人才培养新模式,通过增加临床实践比例、改进教学方法、培养创新思维,探索中西医结合专业课程群建设新路径,有效提高人才培养质量,实现岗位胜任力持续提升。
【Abstract】 In response to the existing problems in the current training process of clinical medical professionals in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine, this study proposed a competency-based training model for clinical medical professionals in both traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The model aimed to clarify the goals of talent training and implement a “2.5+2.5” talent training mode, which increases the proportion of clinical practice, improves teaching methods, cultivates innovative thinking, and explores new paths for the construction of traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined course groups. The model effectively improved the quality of talent training and continuously enhanced the competency of medical professionals.
