【摘要】 目的 探讨迷你临床评估演练（Mini-CEX）在中医临床课程考核出科考试中的应用效果。方法 采用Mini-CEX量表评估所有背景相同的实习医师入科一周和出科独立接诊患儿的过程，分析达标率并评估教学效果。结果 实习医师对于Mini-CEX量表涉及的考核内容都能顺利达标，并且第二次接诊评价效果明显提高。结论 采用Mini-CEX量表评价中医临床课程出科考试，有助于提高实习医师临床实践能力，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of mini-clinical exercise evaluation(Mini-CEX) in clinical courses of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM). Methods the Mini-CEX scale was used to evaluate the process of admission and discharge of all interns with the same background, analyze the rate of reaching the standard and evaluate the teaching effect. Results All the items of Mini-CEX could reach the standard smoothly, and the evaluation effect of the second visit was obviously improved. Conclusion Mini-CEX is helpful to improve the ability of clinical practice and is worth popularizing.更多还原
