【Abstract】 As a treasure of ancient Chinese art, traditional murals carry rich historical, cultural and religious information and have exerted a profound influence on the development of Chinese art. The influence of traditional mural art on contemporary art creation is mainly reflected in aspects such as color application, line drawing, composition design and subject matter content. Modern artists actively draw inspiration from the past, borrowing the color combinations of traditional murals, reinterpreting and revitalizing the lines of traditional murals, distilling and reshaping the composition designs of traditional murals, and reinterpreting the subject matter content of traditional murals.
