回转窑托轮轴向力在线监测研究

【摘要】 回转窑运行的可靠性会受到托轮故障的影响。一般情况下,托轮的轴向力过大会造成回转窑的诸多故障。在线监测回转窑托轮的轴向力,并及时对托轮进行调整是非常重要的。在分析回转窑托轮轴向力的来源基础上,提出了一种新型的在线监测托轮轴向力的方法。当托轮轴向力过大时能及时发出预警,还可根据采集数据分析回转窑潜在的故障,为回转窑托轮的调整提供指导。

【Abstract】 The operational reliability of rotary kilns can be significantly compromised by failures in the carrier wheel system. Excessive axial force on the carrier wheel is a common issue that leads to a range of mechanical faults. Therefore, it is crucial to implement real-time monitoring and timely adjustment of the axial force to ensure stable kiln performance. This paper analyses the origin of axial force acting on the carrier wheel and proposes a novel method for online monitoring. The system enables early warnings when axial force exceeds safe thresholds and provides diagnostic insight into potential failures based on collected data. Furthermore, it offers guidance for adjusting the rotary kiln’s support wheel to maintain optimal alignment and operation.
