【Abstract】 Against the backdrop of homestead relocation,researching the evolution of human settlement locality enables villages to better identify,preserve,and enhance their unique place-based characteristics.Grounded in the Adaptive Cycle Theory,this study develops an evaluation framework for tracking the evolutionary stages of human settlement locality.Focusing on Songjiang District,Shanghai as a case study,it assesses the locality evolution of villages across three homestead layout patterns through three dimensions:“Potential–Connectivity–Resilience”.Targeted optimized development strategies are proposed to address identified gaps.The research aims to refine the evaluation methodology for human settlement locality evolution in megacity suburbs and provide evidence-based planning guidance for preserving human settlement locality amid homestead relocation initiatives.更多还原
