【摘要】 立足新时代高校思政教育高质量发展的现实需求，聚焦焦裕禄精神赋能高校思政教育的核心命题，系统阐释其价值意蕴、现实困境与实践进路。从理论逻辑、实践逻辑、时代逻辑三个维度揭示焦裕禄精神的赋能价值，深入剖析当前实践中存在的认知困境、实践困境和传播困境，并从动态赋能视角系统构建焦裕禄精神与高校思政教育的耦合机制，针对性提出构建“理论溯源—价值内化—实践转化”三位一体的解码体系、“课程—师资—评价”三维协同的育人生态和“数智融合”教育新形态的实践进路，以期为中国共产党人精神谱系的当代传承提供理论与实践支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 In response to the practical demand for the high-quality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era, this paper addresses the central proposition of Jiao Yulu′s spirit empowering such education. It systematically elucidates its value implications, practical dilemmas, and actionable approaches. The empowering value of Jiao Yulu′s spirit is explored through three dimensions: theo-retical logic, practical logic, and epochal logic. Furthermore, the paper provides an in-depth analysis of ex-isting dilemmas in current practice, including cognitive barriers, practical disconnections, and communication breakdowns. From the perspective of dynamic empowerment, the study constructs a coupling mechanism be-tween Jiao Yulu′s spirit and ideological and political education in higher education institutions. It proposes targeted practical pathways, such as establishing a " theoretical origin-value internalization-practical transfor-mation" trinity decoding framework, fostering a " curriculum-teacher-evaluation" three-dimensional collabora-tive educational ecosystem, and advancing a " digital-intelligent integration" innovative educational model.
