【Abstract】 Chinese modernization urgently needs to empower the upgrading of industrial structure, which cannot be realized without the support of cutting-edge digital technology. The emergence of Deepseek, an indigenous artificial intelligence technology in China,provides a new development opportunity to optimize and upgrade industrial chains and cultivate emerging industries. The characteristics of subversiveness, open-sourceness, and substitutability of Deepseek technology can help empower the industries to be reconstructed and the economy to be transformed in Chines from the three levels of industrial technology, industrial ecology, and industrial governance. Based on the reconstruction of the industrial chain in a whole, Deepseek will continue to provide intelligent support for the governance of China, a digital engine for the promotion of common wealth, and an awareness of culture beyond its instrumental rationality for the promoting of socialist material well-being and the raising of socialist cultural-ethical standards. Meanwhile, it will also empower the green development with the harmonious coexistence of human beings and nature, and act as a bond for the promotion of peace and development as well as international cooperation. In the future, the development of Deepseek technology should be advanced in the innovative, coordinated, green, open and win-win, and shared development.
