历史文化街区的微更新策略研究——以浙江省绍兴市书圣故里历史街区为例

【摘要】 本文以浙江省绍兴市书圣故里历史文化街区为研究对象，在剖析其核心历史价值与空间现状的基础上，针对街区当前在居住功能、公共生活、文化实践及经济生态方面的现实困境，并遵循历史文化街区改造目标与原则，提出了人居环境改善、公共空间重塑、文化实践再生与社区经济培育等街区更新策略，旨在修复居住性历史街区生活性的同时推动街区的可持续性更新与发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the historical and cultural district of the hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy in Shaoxing City,Zhejiang Province as the research object,this paper analyzes its core historical value and current spatial conditions.Addressing the practical dilemmas faced by the district in terms of residential functions,public life,cultural practice,and economic ecology,and adhering to the goals and principles for historical and cultural district renovation,this paper proposes micro-renewal strategies for the district,including improving the living environment,reshaping public spaces,regenerating cultural practices,and cultivating community economy.The aim is to restore the livability of the residential historical district while promoting its sustainable renewal and development.更多还原
