基于共生理论的滨水工业遗存更新策略研究
【摘要】 随着城市更新进程逐渐加快,工业厂区被迁到城市边缘区,自然条件优越、交通便利的滨水工业遗存成为城市更新的重要内容。然而目前滨水区工业遗存价值挖掘及滨水区环境更新研究尚显薄弱。本文以工业遗存更新与滨水环境为切入点,将共生理论中共生单元、共生环境、共生模式融入滨水工业遗存更新路径,提出共生理论下滨水工业遗存更新策略,选取河北省保定区一亩泉河段内部分工业遗存,并以保定市热电厂及周边场地为典型,探讨滨水工业遗存更新策略。
【Abstract】 With the acceleration of urban renewal,industrial plants have been relocated to the outskirts of the city,and the waterfront industrial heritage with superior natural conditions and convenient transportation has become an important part of urban renewal.However,the research on the value exploration of waterfront industrial heritage and the renewal of the waterfront environment is still relatively weak.This paper takes the renewal of industrial heritage and the waterfront environment as the starting point,incorporates the symbiotic units,symbiotic environment,and symbiotic modes from the symbiosis theory into the renewal path of waterfront industrial heritage,and proposes the renewal strategy of waterfront industrial heritage under the symbiosis theory.It selects some industrial heritages within the Yimuquan River section in Baoding District,Hebei Province,and takes the Baoding Thermal Power Plant and its surrounding sites as a typical example to explore the renewal strategy for waterfront industrial heritage.
