【Abstract】 Cervical cancer is one of the most common tumors in women, its early symptoms are often not obvious, and its incidence rate and mortality are high. ADAM family proteins are a cell surface protein located on the cell membrane, containing four highly conserved domains that are closely related to intercellular adhesion, fusion, and other processes. They play an important role in regulating cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. Currently, 25 family members have been reported and are involved in various physiological processes, including sperm-egg binding, muscle cell fusion and processing of cell membrane proteins. Recent studies have found that the ADAM family proteins are closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. This article provides a review of the functions and progress of ADAM family proteins in cervical cancer.更多还原
