ADAM家族蛋白在宫颈癌中的研究现状及进展
Status and progress of ADAM family proteins in cervical cancer
【摘要】 宫颈癌是女性中常见恶性肿瘤之一,早期症状常不明显,其发病率及死亡率较高。ADAM家族蛋白是一种定位于细胞膜上的一种细胞表面蛋白,它含有4个高度保守的结构域,与细胞间的黏附、融合等密切相关,在调节细胞-细胞和细胞-基质的相互作用中起着重要作用。目前已经报道了25个家族成员,参与了精子与卵子的结合、肌细胞融合和细胞膜蛋白的处理等多种生理过程。近年研究发现,ADAM家族蛋白与宫颈癌发生发展密切相关。本文就ADAM家族蛋白在宫颈癌中的功能和研究进展展开综述。
【Abstract】 Cervical cancer is one of the most common tumors in women, its early symptoms are often not obvious, and its incidence rate and mortality are high. ADAM family proteins are a cell surface protein located on the cell membrane, containing four highly conserved domains that are closely related to intercellular adhesion, fusion, and other processes. They play an important role in regulating cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions. Currently, 25 family members have been reported and are involved in various physiological processes, including sperm-egg binding, muscle cell fusion and processing of cell membrane proteins. Recent studies have found that the ADAM family proteins are closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer. This article provides a review of the functions and progress of ADAM family proteins in cervical cancer.
