解吸条件对载金D301树脂解吸行为的影响

【摘要】 本文针对载金D301树脂的解吸过程,研究不同解吸剂种类、解吸剂浓度、液固比、温度和解吸时间对载金D301树脂解吸过程的影响。结果表明:硫脲-盐酸混合溶液是最优的解吸剂;载金D301树脂的解吸过程符合Boyd液膜扩散方程,液膜扩散为主要的控制步骤,液膜扩散系数(K)值为3.54×10-1 s,液膜厚度和金的线性分配系数与硫脲浓度和盐酸浓度有关。另外,硫脲和盐酸浓度对解吸效率具有显著性影响,提高硫脲和盐酸溶液浓度有利于载金D301树脂的解吸行为。通过解吸条件优化,获得最佳条件如下:硫脲浓度0.36 mol/L、盐酸浓度0.2 mol/L、液固比5∶1 mL/mg、温度25℃和解吸时间100 min,该条件下载金D301树脂的平均解吸效率可达99.45%。

【Abstract】 This study investigatd the effects of various eluent types, eluent concentrations, liquid-solid ratio,temperatures, and desorption time on the desorption process of gold-loaded D301 resin. The results indicate that the thiourea-hydrochloric acid mixed solution serves as the optimal eluent. And the desorption process of goldloaded D301 resin conforms to the Boyd liquid film diffusion equation, with liquid film diffusion being the primary controlling step. The liquid film diffusion coefficient(K) is 3.54×10-1 s, and the thickness of the liquid film as well as the linear distribution coefficient of gold are related to the concentrations of thiourea and hydrochloric acid. The concentrations of thiourea and hydrochloric acid have significantly impacts on the desorption efficiency, and increasing the concentrations of thiourea and hydrochloric acid solutions is beneficial for the desorption behavior of gold-loaded D301 resin. Through optimization of desorption conditions, the optimal parameters are determined as follows: thiourea concentration of 0.36 mol/L, hydrochloric acid concentration of 0.2mol/L, liquid-solid ration of 5∶ 1 mL/mg, temperature of 25 ℃, and desorption time of 100 min. Under these conditions, the average desorption efficiency of gold-load D301 resin reaches 99.45%.
