【摘要】 暴发性痤疮（AF）是一种罕见的、急性化脓性的特殊类型痤疮，好发于面部和胸背部，表现为急性发作的炎症反应明显的丘疹、脓疱和结节，极易出现糜烂、破溃，且多伴有全身症状，严重影响患者的外观及生活质量。但由于对该疾病的认识有限，未能明确其病因以及其完整的发病机制，临床也尚未发现针对该疾病的特异性治疗方法。文章就暴发性痤疮病因、临床表现及分型、诊断和鉴别诊断、治疗方法进行综述，以期为AF的防治提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Acne fulminans(AF) is a rare and acute suppurative variant of acne,characterized by sudden onset of highly inflammatory papules,pustules,and nodules with a predilection for the face,chest,and back.These lesions are prone to erosion,ulceration,and frequent systemic symptoms,severely compromising the aesthetic appearance and quality of life of patients.However,due to limited understanding of this condition,its etiology and complete pathogenesis remain elusive,and no diseasespecific therapeutic protocols have been established in clinical practice.This review comprehensively summarizes the etiology,clinical manifestations,classification,diagnostic criteria,differential diagnosis,and therapeutic approaches for AF,aiming to provide evidence-based references for the prevention and management of this debilitating disorder.更多还原
