【Abstract】 Diabetes mellitus type 2(T2DM) is a complex metabolic disease, and its pathogenesis is closely related to the disorder of glycolipid metabolism. In recent years, the Apolipoprotein(APOLs) family has received extensive attention due to its important role in glycolipid metabolism. This article reviews the role of the APOLs family in glycolipid metabolism, explores the potential mechanisms by which it leads to the onset of T2DM and the related research progress, with the aim of providing new ideas for the treatment and prevention of T2DM.更多还原
