【摘要】 目的 综合评价益气维血制剂治疗贫血的临床价值。方法 基于问卷调查、循证医学证据、药物经济学等定性与定量相结合的方法，从安全性、有效性、经济性、创新性、适宜性、可及性和中医药特色“6+1”个维度进行综合评估。。结果 Meta分析结果显示，相较于单纯铁剂治疗，联用益气维血制剂治疗缺铁性贫血能够提高总有效率，改善血红蛋白、红细胞计数及血清铁等水平（P<0.000 1）；不良反应监测中心自发呈报系统及文献中报告的不良反应集中在胃肠系统，安全风险可控；经济学研究显示本品一个疗程费用约为56.10元，占2023年人均可支配收入的0.14%，符合医保支付的性价比要求，患者经济负担低，尤其适合需长期治疗或对铁剂不耐受患者应用；获得国家专利7项，为国家二级中药保护产品，具备临床和产业创新性；销售范围涵盖全国31个省份，可及性高。药品处方体现了中医“以形补形”“五畜为益”及气血相关理论，中医药特色突出。结论 综合各维度评价结果，认为益气维血制剂治疗贫血证据充分，可为临床决策提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To comprehensively evaluate the clinical application value of Yiqi Weixue preparation for anemia. Methods Based on questionnaire surveys, evidence-based medical evidence, pharmacoeconomic evaluations, etc., a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods was adopted to assess the clinical comprehensive value of Yiqi Weixue preparation in the treatment of anemia from “6+1” dimensions: safety, efficacy, economy, innovation, suitability, accessibility, and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. Results The results of the Meta-analysis showed that compared with iron therapy alone, the combined use of Yiqi Weixue preparation in the treatment of iron deficiency anemia could increase the total effective rate and improve the levels of hemoglobin, red blood cell count and serum iron, etc.(P<0.000 1); The adverse reactions reported in the self-reporting system of the adverse reaction monitoring center and in the literature are mainly concentrated in the gastrointestinal system, and the safety risks are controllable. Economic research shows that the cost of one course of treatment for this product is approximately 56.10 yuan, accounting for 0.14% of the per capita disposable income in 2023. It meets the cost-effectiveness requirements of medical insurance payment, with a low economic burden on patients. It is particularly suitable for patients who need long-term treatment or are intolerant to iron supplements. It has obtained 7 national patents and is a second-class protected traditional Chinese medicine product of the state, featuring both clinical and industrial innovation. The sales range covers 31 provinces across the country, with high accessibility. The drug prescriptions reflect the theories of traditional Chinese medicine such as "tonifying the part with the part", "the five domestic animals are beneficial", and the related theories of qi and blood, with prominent characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion Based on multi-dimensional evaluations, it is concluded that Yiqi Weixue preparation demonstrates significant clinical advantages in the treatment of anemia, with sufficient evidence-based support, and can serve as a reference for clinical decision-making.更多还原
