【摘要】 目的 评价白芍总苷胶囊对比羟氯喹治疗类风湿性关节炎（RA）的药物经济学优势。方法 从医疗卫生体系角度出发，采用Microsoft Excel 2019软件构建决策树模型，模拟单用白芍总苷胶囊相比于单用羟氯喹治疗RA的总成本和临床产出，并进行增量分析和单因素敏感性分析。其中成本数据来源于2022年药智网数据，疗效数据来源于文献。结果 基础分析结果显示，单用白芍总苷胶囊较单用羟氯喹具有成本优势（476.11元vs.766.08元），且临床疗效更优（87.67%vs.80.28%），属于绝对优势方案。单因素敏感性分析结果表明，对增量成本-效果比（ICER）影响最为显著的前3位参数依次为白芍总苷胶囊有效率、羟氯喹有效率及羟氯喹治疗费用。结论 白芍总苷胶囊相比于羟氯喹治疗RA成本低，效果好，具有经济性优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the pharmacoeconomic advantages of Total Glucosides of White Paeony Capsules over hydroxychloroquine in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA). Methods From the perspective of the healthcare system, a decision tree model was constructed using Microsoft Excel 2019 software to simulate the total costs and clinical outcomes of using Total Glucosides of White Paeony Capsules alone versus hydroxychloroquine alone in the treatment of RA. Incremental analysis and one-way sensitivity analysis were performed. The cost data were sourced from 2022 price websites, while the efficacy data were obtained from literature. Results The basic analysis results show that the use of Total Glucosides of White Paeony Capsules alone has a cost advantage over hydroxychloroquine alone(476.11 yuan vs.766.08 yuan), and its clinical efficacy is better(87.67% vs. 80.28%), which is an absolute advantage option. The results of univariate sensitivity analysis indicated that the top three parameters that had the most significant impact on the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio(ICER) were, in sequence, the effective rate of Total Glucosides of White Paeony Capsules, the effective rate of hydroxychloroquine, and the treatment cost of hydroxychloroquine. Conclusion Compared with hydroxychloroquine, Total Glucosides of White Paeony Capsules have a lower cost and better effect in the treatment of RA, and thus have an economic advantage.更多还原
