【摘要】 为提高针灸推拿学专业学生实践动手能力，在经络腧穴学教学过程中以提高学生实践技能为中心，帮助学生准确掌握腧穴定位，探索经络腧穴学新教学模式。本文以足厥阴肝经为例，采用分经脉教学、分部位教学、腧穴穴名总结教学、穴名解教学、腧穴配伍教学、临床案例教学、思政教学、实践教学和第二课堂教学等方式进行课程教学，该方法提高了经络腧穴学教学质量，调动了学生学习积极性，提升了针灸推拿学专业学生针灸操作能力，对促进针灸推拿专业人才培养具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to enhance the practical skills of acupuncture and Tuina students, the teaching of Meridian and Acupoint Science focuses on improving students’ practical abilities, particularly by helping them accurately locate acupoints and exploring a new teaching model for Meridian and Acupoint Science. This article took the liver meridian as a case study, employing various teaching methods such as meridian-based teaching, regional teaching, summarization of acupoint names, explanation of acupoint names, teaching of acupoint compatibility, clinical case study teaching, ideological and political education, practical teaching, and extracurricular teaching. This approach could significantly enhance the teaching quality of Meridian and Acupoint Science, stimulate student learning motivation, and improve the acupuncture and acupoint operational skills of students majoring in acupuncture and Tuina, playing a key role in fostering the development of professionals in the field of acupuncture and Tuina.更多还原
