【摘要】 目的 利用数据挖掘技术对许尤佳教授治疗儿童脾虚湿困型慢性鼻窦炎的用药规律进行分析。方法 收集2019年1月1日-2023年12月31日许尤佳治疗脾虚湿困型慢性鼻窦炎患者的门诊处方，运用中医传承辅助平台2.5对纳入处方进行药物频次、性味归经、关联规则及聚类分析。结果 共纳入处方675首，涉及中药96味，总用药频次为8 012，高频药物为甘草、莱菔子、木香、苍耳子，药性以温、平为主，药味以辛、苦、甘为多，归经以肺经、胃经、脾经为主，关联规则分析获取药物组合133组，药物关联规则1 282条，聚类分析得到4组药物组合及2个潜在新方。结论 许尤佳治疗儿童脾虚湿困型慢性鼻窦炎重在健脾运脾，配合通窍，用药温和。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the medication law of Professor Xu Yujia in treating children chronic rhinosinusitis with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome. Methods Professor Xu Youjia’s outpatient medical records and prescriptions of patients with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome in children chronic rhinosinusitis from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2023 were collected. TCMISS 2.5 was used to analysis on drug frequency,property, taste and meridians, association rule and clustering. Results A total of 675 prescriptions were included,including 96 kinds of Chinese materia medica. The total frequency of medication was 8 012 times. The highfrequency drugs were Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Raphani Semen, Aucklandiae Radix, Xanthii Fructus, etc. The properties were mainly warm and neutral, and the tastes were mainly pungent, bitterness and sweetness, and they mainly belonged to the lung, stomach and spleen meridians. Association rule analysis yielded 133 drug combinations and 1 282 drug association rules. Clustering analysis identified 4 drug combinations and 2 potential new prescriptions. Conclusion Professor Xu Youjia’s treatment in children chronic rhinosinusitis with spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome focuses on strengthening the spleen and transporting the spleen, cooperating with the orifice,with mild medication.更多还原
