Research Progress of Role of Angiogenesis and Inflammatory Factors in Chronic refractory Wound Repair and Chinese Materia Medica Intervention
【Abstract】 Chronic refractory wounds are a group of wounds that cannot be fully repaired structurally and functionally in the expected time after receiving standardised systemic treatment. Wound healing is a complex biological process, including inflammation, cell proliferation and migration, and wound remodelling. Chinese materia medica can effectively inhibit the release of inflammatory factors, promote the production of angiogenic factors, reduce inflammation, and promote the vascularisation of traumatic granulation tissue with its multi-target and multi-pathway effects, which has obvious advantages in wound repair. This article reviewed the role of angiogenesis-related factors and inflammatory factors in wound healing, and the intervention of Chinese materia medica in angiogenesis-related factors and inflammatory factors to promote wound healing by searching the latest literature at home and abroad, with the aim of providing reference for treatment of chronic refractory wounds.
