【摘要】 目的：调查青海大通宝库林场野生维管植物多样性及资源现状，分析其区系特征与海拔梯度变化，评估珍稀物种保护状况。方法：采用线路踏查法、样方调查法对该区野生维管植物物种多样性进行调查、标本采集、物种鉴定和相关分析。结果：研究区分布有53科152属250种野生维管植物，其中，蕨类植物3科3属4种；裸子植物2科6属8种；被子植物48科143属238种。研究区野生维管植物以北温带及旧世界温带成分为主，物种数随海拔升高递减；不同植被带优势种各异，其中针叶林-灌丛草甸带间物种更替速率最快，灌丛草甸-亚冰雪稀疏植被带间群落变化最显著。结论：大通宝库林场野生维管植物资源物种组成丰富，优势科属明显，植被带间多样性差异显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the diversity and resources of wild vascular plants in Datong Baoku Forest Farm, Qinghai Province, analyze the characteristics of the flora and changes along altitude gradients, and assess the conservation status of rare species. Methods: The species diversity of wild vascular plants in this area was investigated through route surveys and quadrat sampling. Field inventories, specimen collection, species identification, and subsequent data analysis were conducted during the survey. Results: The study area was home to 250 species of wild vascular plants, belonging to 152 genera and 53 families. Specifically, the flora consisted of 4 species of pteridophytes(3 families, 3 genera), 8 species of gymnosperms(2 families, 6 genera), and 238 species of angiosperms(48 families, 143 genera). The wild vascular plants in the study area were primarily composed of North Temperate and Old World Temperate components, with species richness decreasing with increasing elevation. Dominant species varied across different vegetation zones, with the fastest species turnover occurring between the coniferous forest-shrub meadow zone, and the shrub meadow-subalpine sparse vegetation zone, and the most significant community changes observed between the shrub meadowsubalpine sparse vegetation zone. Conclusion: The Datong Baoku Forest Farm had a rich variety of wild vascular plant species, with distinct dominant families and genera, and significant differences in diversity between vegetation zones.更多还原
