甘肃省不同地区肉苁蓉中元素含量分析与评价
Analysis and Evaluation of Element Contents in Cistanchis deserticola from Different Regions of Gansu Province
【摘要】 目的:分析甘肃省不同产地肉苁蓉中主要元素的含量和分布特征并对其进行综合评价,探讨产地对肉苁蓉品质的影响,为肉苁蓉的合理开发和利用提供科学依据。方法:利用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)对甘肃省8个地区(敦煌市、临泽县、金塔县、瓜州县、民勤县、古浪县、靖远县和景泰县)肉苁蓉中20种元素的含量进行测定,并使用相关性分析和主成分分析(PCA)对测得的数据进行多变量统计分析。结果:甘肃省不同地区肉苁蓉样品中元素总含量由高到低依次为:敦煌、金塔、民勤、瓜州、古浪、景泰、靖远、临泽。不同地区肉苁蓉中Ca、Mg、Fe、Al、Zn、Sr、B和Mn元素含量最高,Be、Sn、Cr、Co、Mo和Hg元素含量最低。这些元素在相关性分析中显示出显著性,表明肉苁蓉中的元素含量呈规律性分布,此规律可为鉴定肉苁蓉药材提供参考依据。将20种元素进行主成分分析后提取出5个主成分,累积方差解释率为78.957%。根据主成分综合得分公式Y=0.380Y1+0.333Y2+0.137Y3+0.078Y4+0.071Y5,计算出8个地区的综合得分排名依次为敦煌、瓜州、古浪、景泰、靖远、金塔、临泽、民勤。结论:该研究测定与分析了不同地区肉苁蓉的元素含量,为其药用安全性和道地性研究提供了数据支持。
【Abstract】 Objective:This study aimed to analyze the content and distribution characteristics of major elements in Cistanche deserticola from different producing areas in Gansu Province,China.A comprehensive evaluation was conducted to explore geographical effects on herb quality and provide a scientific basis for its utilization.Methods:Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to determine the contents of 20 elements in samples from eight regions (Dunhuang,Linze,Jinta,Guazhou,Minqin,Gulang,Jingyuan,Jingtai).Multivariate statistical analyses,including correlation analysis and principal component analysis (PCA),were performed.Results:Total elemental content varied significantly across regions,ranked in descending order as:Dunhuang>Jinta>Minqin>Guazhou>Gulang>Jingtai>Jingyuan>Linze.The highest contents were observed for Ca,Mg,Fe,Al,Zn,Sr,B,and Mn,while Be,Sn,Cr,Co,Mo,and Hg showed the lowest levels.Significant elemental correlations indicated consistent distribution patterns,suggesting potential authentication markers.Five principal components were extracted by PCA,with a cumulative variance explanation rate of 78.957%.According to the composite score formula Y=0.380Y1+0.333Y2+0.137Y3+0.078Y4+0.071Y5,regional rankings were as follows:Dunhuang>Guazhou>Gulang>Jingtai>Jingyuan>Jinta>Linze>Minqin.Conclusion:Elemental profiles of C.deserticola were determined,providing critical data for assessing medicinal safety and authenticity.
