不同生境下野生骨碎补的主要药用成分比较及其品质评价

【摘要】 目的:为了解不同生境条件下骨碎补主要药用成分的含量特性,进一步探究骨碎补品质与生境之间的关系。方法:以广西省桂林市不同自然生境条件下野生骨碎补为研究对象,采用紫外分光光度法和高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定其总黄酮、总多糖、总皂苷、总酚、柚皮苷含量,并测量其生长指标。结果:不同生境之间骨碎补品质存在一定差异。香樟树生境条件下骨碎补的总黄酮与总多糖含量最高,分别为(2.53±0.64) mg/g和(52.5±17.3) mg/g。墙壁生境条件下总酚含量最高,为(22.2±1.93) mg/g。岩石生境条件下总皂苷与柚皮苷含量最高,分别为(4.87±1.37) mg/g和(8.06±0.61) mg/g。结论:不同生境条件下骨碎补的品质存在差异,本研究结果可为骨碎补野生资源的合理利用和人工种植提供科学依据。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the content characteristics of the main medicinal components of Drynariae Rhizoma under different habitat conditions and further explore the relationship between the quality of Drynariae Rhizoma and its habitat. Methods: Wild Drynariae Rhizoma from different natural habitats in Guilin, Guangxi Province, was taken as the research subject. Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry and high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), the contents of total flavonoids, total polysaccharides, total saponins, total phenols, and naringin were determined, and growth indexes were measured. Results: The quality of Drynariae Rhizoma varied between habitats.The highest contents of total flavonoids and total polysaccharides were found in the camphor tree habitat, with values of(2.53 ± 0.64) mg/g and(52.5 ± 17.3) mg/g, respectively. The highest total phenol content was found in the wall habitat, with a value of(22.2 ± 1.93) mg/g. The highest contents of total saponins and naringin were found in the rock habitat, with values of(4.87 ± 1.37) mg/g and(8.06 ± 0.61) mg/g, respectively. Conclusion: The quality of Drynariae Rhizoma varies in different habitats, providing a scientific basis for the rational utilization of wild resources and the artificial cultivation of Drynariae Rhizoma.
