【摘要】 在高级别生物安全实验室实验活动评审中,发现实验室生物风险事件/事故的应急预案和应急处置技术方法中有许多的共性问题。在国家卫生健康委员会科教司的支持下,中国医药生物技术协会生物安全专业委员会在北京组织召开了“高级别生物安全实验室生物风险事件/事故的应急预案和应急处置技术方法”的共性问题专家研讨会,就该共性问题中的生物风险事件/事故的分级、分类、应急预案和应急处理方法要素等问题进行了充分研讨,对可能出现的三种类型生物风险事件/事故应急处置技术方法的可行性进行了研究和讨论,并就具体的技术措施和管理模式形成了专家共识。更多还原

【Abstract】 There is disagreement over the evaluation of the emergency response plan and procedures for the laboratory biological incident and accidents. With the support of National Health Committee of PRC, the Committee of Laboratory Biosafety of China Medicinal Biotech Association organized an expert seminar to discuss issues related to the emergency response plan and disposal for biological incidents and accidents in the high-level biosafety laboratory. The experts conducted thorough discussions on issues such as the classification and grading of the biological incident and accident of classification, as well as the the elements of emergency plans. The feasibility of the technical specifications for incident and accidents emergency response was fully discussed, and an expert consensus was formed on specific technical measures and management models.更多还原
