【摘要】 《黄帝内经》为中医学的经典著作之一，内容涵盖了医学理论、诊断方法和治疗原则等方面。该书以“脉舍神”为理论基础，较为系统地阐述了脉象的形成以及情感心理变化在脉象中的体现，并且认识到脉象的形成与个体的情绪变化密切相关，通过观察脉象变化可以了解患者的心理状态和情感波动。书中亦指出，忧虑、愤怒、悲伤等情绪波动可导致人体气机紊乱，进而影响脏腑功能，产生各种心因性疾病，疾病本身也可以反过来影响个体的情感心理状态，引起异常的情绪反应。脉象不仅是诊断疾病的重要手段，也是了解患者心理状态的关键途径，正确辨识不同情感心理脉象对于诊断和治疗情志病具有重要的临床意义。《黄帝内经》中关于情感心理脉象的理论不仅丰富了中医诊断学的内涵，也为情志病的治疗提供了理论依据和实践指导。深入研究和应用这些理论可以更好地理解和处理由情志因素引起的疾病，从而提高临床疗效。本研究主要论述了《黄帝内经》中涉及的情感心理脉象及其理论基础，并在此基础上简述情志病的中医治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Huangdi Neijing(《黄帝内经》) is one of the classic works of traditional Chinese medicine, which covers aspects including medical theory, diagnostic methods, and therapeutic principles. Based on the theory of vessel storing spirit, the formation of pulse images and the manifestation of pulse images of emotional and psychological changes were systematically expounded in the book, it was recognized that the formation of pulse images was closely related to individual emotional changes, and the psychological state and emotional fluctuations of patients could be understood by observing the changes of pulse images. In the book, it was also pointed out that emotional fluctuation such as anxiety, anger, and sadness could lead to Qi(气) circulation disturbance of human body, which in turn affected the functions of internal organs, resulting in various psychosomatic diseases, and the disease itself could also affect the emotional and psychological state of the individual in turn, causing abnormal emotional responses. Pulse imaging is not only an important means of diagnosing diseases but also a key pathway to understand the psychological state of patients. The correct identification of different emotional and psychological pulse images is of great clinical significant for diagnosing and treating emotional disorders. The theory of emotional and psychological pulse images in Huangdi Neijing not only enriched the connotation of TCM diagnosis, but also provided theoretical basis and practical guidance for the treatment of emotional disorders. By deeply studying and applying these theories, diseases caused by emotional factors can be better understood and managed, thereby improving the clinical efficacy. In this study, the emotional and psychological pulse images and their theoretical foundation in Huangdi Nejing are mainly discussed, and the TCM treatment of emotional disorders is briefly described based on this foundation.更多还原
