【摘要】 目的：基于中医传承辅助系统探讨与分析中医药治疗脓毒性心肌病的组方用药规律。方法：收集中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、中国生物医学文献服务系统、中文科技期刊全文数据库、Pub Med、Web of Science、Cochrane Library等数据库中涉及中医药治疗脓毒性心肌病的相关文献，利用中医传承辅助系统（V2.5）软件录入方剂数据，构建数据库进行进一步分析。结果：共筛选文献321篇，方剂92首，中药172味。研究发现，中医药治疗脓毒性心肌病的方剂用药多侧重于补虚、清热、活血化瘀等功效，药性以寒为主，药味以苦、甘、辛为主，多归于心经。常用单药包括丹参、人参、川芎、当归、附子等。通过关联规则分析，提取出5组高频药物配比。结论：中医药治疗脓毒性心肌病的组方用药基于清热解毒和活血化瘀的基本治疗原则，丹参、人参、川芎等药物在治疗该病中有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Septic cardiomyopathy refers to that the heart muscle is damaged during sepsis, resulting in cardiac function suppression and myocardial damage that is reversible. The objective of this study is to explore and analyze the prescription medication law of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of septic cardiomyopathy, and to explore the unique advantages and personalized treatment strategies of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of septic cardiomyopathy, in order to provide reference for the clinical treatment of septic cardiomyopathy. Methods: The method of systematic literature search was used to cover CNKI, Wanfang, CBM, VIP, Pub Med, Web of Science, Cochrane Library and other databases. The relevant literature related to the treatment of septic cardiomyopathy with traditional Chinese medicine was collected. By setting clear literature screening criteria, including study design, sample size, clinical efficacy, etc., literature related to the treatment of septic cardiomyopathy with traditional Chinese medicine was selected. The prescription data were input by TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5) software, and the database was constructed for further analysis. Results: In the process of literature search, a total of 321 articles were selected, including 92 prescriptions and 172 traditional Chinese medicinals. It was found that TCM prescriptions for septic cardiomyopathy mainly focused on the therapeutic principles of tonifying deficiency, clearing heat, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The medicinal properties were primarily cold in nature, with tastes mainly being bitter, sweet, and pungent, and mostly returned to the heart meridian. Common single medicinal included Danshen(Salvia miltiorrhiza), Renshen(Panax ginseng), Chuanxiong(Ligusticum chuanxiong), Danggui(Angelica sinensis), and Fuzi(Aconitum carmichaeli) and so on. Through association rule analysis, 5 groups of high-frequency drug combinations were extracted. Conclusion: The prescription medication law of TCM in treating septic cardiomyopathy are based on the fundamental principles of clearing heat, detoxification, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. The wide application of medicinals such as Salvia miltiorrhiza, Panax ginseng, Ligusticum chuanxiong reflects their importance in the treatment of the disease.更多还原
