【摘要】 目的：探讨精准营养疗法联合围手术期循证护理策略在中老年结直肠癌（CRC）患者术后用药康复期间的效果。方法：按照随机数字表法将2023年1月—2025年2月河南省中医院心胸胃肠外科收治的90例中老年CRC患者分为对照组（n=45，常规护理）和观察组（n=45，在对照组基础上联合围手术期循证护理策略与精准营养疗法），比较两组围术期指标、营养水平、心理弹性和并发症发生率。结果：观察组首次肛门排气时间、进食时间、排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及住院时间均短于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组干预后血清转铁蛋白（TRF）、总蛋白（Alb）、前白蛋白（PA）和血红蛋白（Hb）水平及心理弹性各维度评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为8.89%，低于对照组的24.44%(P<0.05)。结论：中老年CRC手术患者采用精准营养疗法联合围手术期循证护理策略，在缩短患者术后用药康复期间恢复进程，提升营养水平、心理弹性及降低并发症发生风险方面具有积极效用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of precision nutritional therapy combined with perioperative evidence-based nursing strategies during postoperative medication rehabilitation in middle-aged and elderly colorectal cancer(CRC) patients. Methods: According to the random number table method, 90 middle-aged and elderly CRC patients admitted to the Department of Cardiothoracic and Gastrointestinal Surgery of Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to February 2025 were divided into the control group(n=45, conventional care) and the observation group(n=45, based on the control group combined with the perioperative evidence-based nursing strategy and precise nutritional therapy), and the two groups were compared in terms of perioperative indicators, nutritional level, psychological resilience and complication rate. Results: The first anal exhaust time, eating time, defecation time, bowel sound recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). After intervention, the levels of serum transferrin(TRF), total protein(Alb), prealbumin(PA) and hemoglobin(Hb) and the scores of each dimension of psychological elasticity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.89%, which was lower than 24.44% in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of precision nutrition therapy combined with perioperative evidence-based nursing strategy in middle-aged and elderly patients with CRC surgery has a positive effect in shortening the recovery process during postoperative medication rehabilitation, improving nutritional level, psychological resilience and reducing the risk of complications.更多还原
