感染性心内膜炎患者术后预后不良的危险因素分析

【摘要】 目的:分析感染性心内膜炎患者术后预后不良的危险因素。方法:选取2021年4月—2023年4月我院治疗的感染性心内膜炎患者120例,对患者一般人口学特征及预后不良的危险因素进行调查,并采用Logistic明确影响患者预后不良的危险因素。结果:120例患者中,预后良好109例,预后不良11例,均行血培养,结果为阳性患者79(65.83%)例。Logistic多因素回归分析显示,患者年龄大、诊断时低体温、不准确的抗菌治疗时间及ICU停留时间较长等因素是造成感染性心内膜炎患者预后不良的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:患者年龄大、诊断时体温高、不准确的抗菌治疗时间及ICU停留时间较长是影响感染性心内膜炎患者预后的危险因素,需重点关注这些隐私,并给予有效处理,改善患者预后。

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the risk factors of poor prognosis in patients with infective endocarditis. Methods: A total of 120 patients with infective endocarditis treated in our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected. The general demographic characteristics and risk factors of poor prognosis were investigated, and Logistic was used to identify the risk factors affecting the poor prognosis of patients. Results: Among the 120 patients, 109 had a good prognosis and 11 had a poor prognosis. Blood culture was performed on all patients, and 79(65.83%) were positive. Logistic multiple regression analysis showed that factors such as patient age, low body temperature at diagnosis, inaccurate antimicrobial treatment duration, and prolonged ICU stay were risk factors for poor prognosis in patients with infective endocarditis(P<0.05). Conclusion: Elderly patients, high body temperature at the time of diagnosis, inaccurate antimicrobial treatment duration, and prolonged ICU stay are risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with infective endocarditis. These privacy concerns should be given special attention and effective treatment should be given to improve patient prognosis.
