【摘要】 目的：系统评价福康片治疗阿片类物质成瘾的急性戒断症状的有效性。方法：计算机检索CBM、 CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP数据库、PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library和Web of Science数据库，搜集有关福康片治疗阿片类物质成瘾的急性戒断症状的随机对照试验（RCT），检索时限均为建库至2024年4月。由2名研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后，采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果：共纳入4个RCT，包括552例患者。Meta分析结果显示，实验组治疗第1、2、3天戒断症状评分降低程度明显高于对照组（P<0.05）；实验组治疗第5天和第10天HAMA评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；两组治疗第3天戒断有效率比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：福康片能有效治疗阿片类物质成瘾患者的急性戒断症状，明显缓解患者的焦虑状态，治疗效果优于传统治疗方法。因受纳入研究数量和质量的限制，上述结论尚待更多高质量研究予以验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To systematically evaluate the efficacy of Fukang tablets in the treatment of acute withdrawal symptoms of opioid addiction. Methods: CBM, CNKI, WanFang Data, VIP database, PubMed, EMbase, The Cochrane Library and Web of Science databases were searched by computer to collect randomized controlled trials(RCTs) on the treatment of acute withdrawal symptoms of opioid addiction with Fukang tablets. The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to April 2024. Two reviewers independently screened literature, extracted data and assessed the risk of bias of included studies. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software. Results: A total of 4 RCTs involving 552 patients were included. The results of Meta-analysis showed that the scores of withdrawal symptoms in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd day of treatment(P<0.05). The HAMA scores of the experimental group on the 5 th and 10 th day of treatment were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the effective rate of withdrawal between the two groups on the third day of treatment(P>0.05). Conclusion: Fukang tablets can effectively treat the acute withdrawal symptoms of patients with opioid addiction, significantly relieve the anxiety state of patients, and the treatment effect is better than traditional treatment methods. Due to the limitation of the quantity and quality of the included studies, the above conclusions need to be verified by more high-quality studies.更多还原
