【摘要】 目的：基于质性研究中的扎根理论，研究影响禁毒委员会办公室实体化运行的主要因素。方法：通过与全国多个地区禁毒办工作人员开展非结构化访谈，并将整个访谈过程文本化，对收集到的访谈资料进行三级编码，形成影响禁毒办实体化运行因素的模型。结果：首先通过开放式编码形成12个初始概念和副范畴，再通过主轴性编码归纳出3个主范畴，最后通过选择性编码建构出影响禁毒办实体化运行因素的模型。结论：影响禁毒办实体化运行的因素主要有工作认识不统一、缺乏相关法律支持、队伍专业水平不高。应针对以上问题对禁毒办进行调整和优化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the main factors affecting the institutionalized operation of the Narcotics Control Committee Office based on the grounded theory in qualitative research. Methods: Unstructured interviews were conducted with staff from Narcotics Control Committee Offices across various regions in the country. The entire interview process was transcribed,and the collected interview data were coded at three levels to form a model of factors affecting the institutionalized operation of these offices. Results: Firstly,12 initial concepts and sub-categories were identified through open coding. Then,three main categories were summarized through axial coding. Finally,a model of factors affecting the institutionalized operation of the Narcotics Control Committee Office was constructed through selective coding. Conclusion: The main factors affecting the substantive operation of the Narcotics Control Committee Office are inconsistent work understanding,lack of relevant legal support,and low professional level of the team. The Narcotics Control Committee Office should be adjusted and optimized for the above problems.更多还原
