【摘要】 目的：探究低温灭菌剂标准化操作流程改进配合细节管理对消毒供应中心器械处理效率及护理质量的影响。方法：选取我院消毒供应中心2023年1月—2024年12月需消毒处理的126件适合低温消毒的医疗器械，以2023年1月—12月处理的63件器械为对照组，采用常规低温灭菌剂操作及管理模式；2024年1月—12月处理的63件器械为观察组，实施低温灭菌剂标准化操作流程改进联合细节管理。对比两组器械处理效率（回收、清洗、灭菌、包装、分发时间）、护理质量（服务意识、风险防范意识、安全识别能力评分）及器械处理合格率、使用满意度。结果：观察组器械各环节处理时间均短于对照组，服务意识、风险防范意识、安全识别能力评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）；且观察组器械处理合格率及使用满意率均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：低温灭菌剂标准化操作流程改进配合细节管理可提升消毒供应中心器械处理效率与护理质量，提高器械处理合格率及临床科室使用满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effect of standardized operation process improvement of low temperature sterilant combined with detail management on equipment treatment efficiency and nursing quality in Central Sterile Supply Department. Methods: From January 2023 to December 2024, 126 pieces of medical instruments suitable for low temperature disinfection were selected from the Central Sterile Supply Department of our hospital, and 63 pieces of medical instruments treated from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the control group. The operation and management mode of conventional low temperature sterilization agent was adopted. From January 2024 to December 2024, 63 instruments were treated as the observation group, and the standardized operation process improvement and joint detail management of low-temperature sterilants were implemented. The efficiency of instrument treatment(recovery, cleaning, sterilization, packaging, distribution time), nursing quality(service awareness, risk prevention awareness, safety identification ability score), qualified rate of instrument treatment and satisfaction with use were compared between the two groups. Results: The processing time of each link of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the service awareness, risk prevention awareness, and safety identification ability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05); and the qualification rate and satisfaction rate of instrument processing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The standardized operation process improvement of low-temperature sterilizer combined with detail management can improve the equipment treatment efficiency and nursing quality of Central Sterile Supply Department, improve the qualified rate of equipment treatment and the satisfaction of clinical departments.更多还原
