罂粟碱联合低分子右旋糖酐在指端软组织缺损修复中的效果

【摘要】 目的:探究指端软组织缺损修复中联用罂粟碱、低分子右旋糖酐的价值。方法:选取94例本院2021年5月—2024年10月收治的指端软组织缺损病例,按双色球法分为对照组(47例;手术+罂粟碱)与观察组(47例;手术+罂粟碱+低分子右旋糖酐),比较两组生物活性肽类指标[降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)]及血管危象、并发症发生结局。结果:观察组术后7 d时CGRP高于对照组,ET-1低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血管危象总发生率、并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:指端软组织缺损修复中联用罂粟碱、低分子右旋糖酐能改善患者生物活性肽类指标,预防血管危象及并发症,效果理想。

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the value of combined use of papaverine and low molecular dextran in the repair of fingertip soft tissue defects. Methods:A total of 94 patients with fingertip soft tissue defects admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to October 2024 were selected and divided into control group(47 patients; surgery+papaverine) and observation group(47 patients; operation+papaverine+low molecular dextran) according to the double chromosphere method. The bioactive peptide indexes [calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP), endothelin-1(ET-1)], vascular crisis and complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The CGRP in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 7 days after operation, and the ET-1 was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of vascular crisis and the incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of papaverine and low molecular dextran in the repair of fingertip soft tissue defects can improve the bioactive peptide indexes of patients, prevent vascular crisis and complications, and the effect is ideal.
