【摘要】 目的 为进一步提升中医急诊学教学水平，探索构建标准化中医急诊临床案例库，提升教学质量与学生综合能力。方法 基于“一中心二思维三提高”教学理念，构建“案例收集与筛选-模板设计-实施推广-动态维护”的全周期建设路径。通过组建专业化编写团队，创新设计涵盖“基础信息、临床资料、诊疗过程、讨论反思”4个模块的标准化案例模板；明确案例库在课前导学、课中互动、课后拓展中的应用模式，结合线上平台共享与经验交流推广机制，建立真实性与客观性、科学性与精确性等6大建设原则及包含教学效果、同行专家评价与学生满意度调查的多维质量评价体系。结果 初步建成结构规范、内容翔实、应用路径清晰的中医急诊临床案例库框架，实现案例资源的系统化、标准化与教学转化。结论 该案例库建设有助于弥补中医急诊教学资源短板，强化学生急症识别、评估与救治能力，促进临床思维与中西医结合能力发展，为中医急诊教学改革提供可推广的实践范式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To further improve the teaching level of TCM emergency medicine,this study explores the construction of a standardized TCM emergency clinical case library,aiming to enhance teaching quality and students′ comprehensive abilities. Methods:Based on the teaching concept of “one center,two mindsets,three improvements”,a full-cycle construction path of “case collection and screening-template design-implementation and promotion-dynamic maintenance” was constructed. By establishing a professional compilation team,an innovative standardized case template covering 4 modules,i.e.,“basic information,clinical data,diagnosis and treatment process,discussion and reflection”,was designed. The application modes of the case library in pre-class guidance,inclass interaction and after-class expansion were clarified. Combined with the online platform sharing and experience exchange promotion mechanism,six construction principles including authenticity and objectivity,scientificity and accuracy were established,as well as a multi-dimensional quality evaluation system including teaching effect,peer expert evaluation and student satisfaction survey. Results:A preliminary framework of TCM emergency clinical case library with standardized structure,detailed content and clear application path was built,realizing the systematization,standardization and teaching transformation of case resources. Conclusion:The construction of this case library helps to make up for the shortage of TCM emergency teaching resources,strengthen students′ abilities in acute disease identification,evaluation and treatment,promote the development of clinical thinking and integrated TCM-Western medicine application abilities,and provide a promotable practical paradigm for the teaching reform of TCM emergency medicine.更多还原
