【摘要】 目的 观察银翘散加减方对急性鼻窦炎患者炎症因子及鼻黏膜传输功能的影响。方法 选取本院收治的98例急性鼻窦炎患者，随机分为对照组与观察组各49例。对照组予西医常规治疗，观察组加用银翘散加减方治疗。评估两组中医证候积分、临床疗效、影像学指标、炎症因子、鼻黏膜传输功能、生活质量评分和治疗安全性。结果 治疗后，观察组中医证候积分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组总有效率为91.84%，高于对照组的75.51%(P<0.05)；观察组鼻窦CT和鼻内镜评分低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组炎症因子水平低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组鼻黏膜传输功能指标改善幅度大于对照组（P<0.05）；两组患者的鼻腔鼻窦结局测试量表-20(SNOT-20)各项评分均显著降低，观察组低于对照组（P<0.05）。组间不良反应发生率相近（P > 0.05）。结论银翘散加减方对急性鼻窦炎患者治疗效果显著，可降低患者中医证候积分、鼻窦CT评分、鼻内镜评分及炎性因子水平，改善患者的鼻黏膜传输功能，提升患者的生活质量，且患者的治疗安全性良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effects of Modified Yinqiao Powder on inflammatory factors and nasal mucociliary function in patients with acute sinusitis. Methods:98 patients with acute sinusitis admitted were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 49 patients in each group. The control group received conventional Western medical treatment,while the observation group received additional Modified Yinqiao Powder. Outcomes including TCM syndrome scores,clinical efficacy,imaging findings,inflammatory markers,nasal mucociliary function,quality of life(SNOT-20 score),and treatment safety were evaluated and compared between the two groups. Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group(91.84%)was higher than that in the control group(75.51%)(P < 0.05). Both sinus CT scores and nasal endoscopy scores improved more in the observation group compared with the control group(P < 0.05). Levels of inflammatory factors decreased significantly in both groups,with greater reductions observed in the observation group(P < 0.05).Improvements in nasal mucociliary transport function were significantly greater in the observation group(P < 0.05).After treatment,SNOT-20 scores significantly decreased in both groups,with lower scores in the observation group(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P >0.05). Conclusion:Modified Yinqiao Powder demonstrates significant therapeutic effects in patients with acute sinusitis. It effectively reduces TCM syndrome scores,CT and endoscopic scores,and inflammatory marker levels,improves nasal mucociliary function,and enhances quality of life,with a favorable safety profile.更多还原
