【摘要】 目的 构建基于Gibbs反思循环的情景模拟教学模式，并验证其在危重症护士中的应用效果。方法通过成立情景模拟教学培训团队、制定情景模拟案例、配置模拟情景，构建基于Gibbs反思循环的情景模拟教学模式。选取2022年7月至12月参加急危重症护理小组工作坊的47名护士作为对照组，2023年1月至6月参加急危重症护理小组工作坊的45名护士作为试验组，分别运用常规情景模拟教学模式和基于Gibbs反思循环的情景模拟教学模式，采用临床思维能力评估量表、迷你临床演练评估量表和危重症护士情景模拟培训满意度调查表评价培训效果。结果 试验组危重症护士的临床思维能力和临床能力显著提高（P <0.05）。危重症护士临床能力总体优秀，两组对情景模拟教学满意度均处于较高水平。结论 基于Gibbs反思循环的情景模拟教学模式有助于提高危重症护士临床思维能力和临床能力，具有较好的培训效果及满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To construct a simulation teaching model based on Gibbs Reflective Cycle and verify its application effect in critical care nurse training. Methods:A simulation teaching training team was established,simulation scenarios were developed,and the Gibbs Reflective Cycle-based simulation teaching model was constructed. Forty-seven nurses who participated in the emergency and critical care nursing workshop from July to December 2022 were selected as the control group,while forty-five nurses who attended the same workshop from January to June 2023 were chosen as the experimental group. Conventional simulation teaching methods and the Gibbs Reflective Cycle-based simulation teaching model were applied respectively. The effects of the training were evaluated using the Clinical Thinking Ability Assessment Scale,Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(MiniCEX),and a satisfaction survey for critical care nurse simulation training. Results:The clinical thinking ability and clinical skills of critical care nurses in the experimental group significantly improved(P < 0.05). The overall clinical skills of critical care nurses were excellent,and both groups showed high levels of satisfaction with the simulation teaching method. Conclusion:The simulation teaching model based on Gibbs Reflective Cycle helps improve the clinical thinking ability and clinical skills of critical care nurses,which shows good training outcomes and high satisfaction.更多还原
