【摘要】 教师数字素养是职业教育数字化转型指标的重要观测点，提升教师数字素养是推动职业教育数字化转型、开辟数字职教新赛道的关键举措。在界定职业院校教师数字素养概念内涵的基础上，对1055名职校教师的数字素养进行问卷调查和数据统计。结果显示，职业院校教师数字化意识和责任感较强、对新兴数字技术的学习滞后、数字化应用能力存在短板以及技术实践经历能显著提升教师数字素养。基于此，应以“课训证赛”的有机融通构建职业院校教师数字素养培育新生态，以场景驱动的科教融汇打造职业院校教师数字素养培育新引擎，以制度与文化协同共进为职业院校教师数字素养培育提供新保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 Teacher digital literacy is an important observation point for the digital transformation of vocational education. Improving teacher digital literacy is a key measure to promote the digital transformation of vocational education and open up new tracks for digital vocational education. On the basis of defining the concept of digital literacy among vocational school teachers, a questionnaire survey and data statistics were conducted on the digital literacy of 1055 vocational school teachers. The results show that vocational college teachers have strong digital awareness and sense of responsibility, lag behind in learning emerging digital technologies, have shortcomings in digital application abilities, and their technical practice experience can significantly improve their digital literacy. Based on this, a new ecosystem for cultivating digital literacy among vocational college teachers should be constructed through the organic integration of“course training certificate competition”, a new engine for cultivating digital literacy among vocational college teachers should be created through scenario driven integration of science and education, and a new guarantee for the digital literacy training of vocational college teachers should be provided through the synergy of system and culture.更多还原
