【摘要】 “一气周流”理论是黄元御构建的一种基于“中气”升降，带动肝、心左升，肺、肾右降，形成圆运动，周流不息的中医理论体系。补中益气汤为《重症肌无力临床治疗指南(2019年)》推荐方剂，其温补脾胃，益气升清的组方思路与“一气周流”理论重视脾胃升降的思路相一致。基于“一气周流”理论探析重症肌无力病机及补中益气汤治疗重症肌无力思路，发挥其简洁灵活的优势，为中医治疗重症肌无力以及预防疾病复发提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The theory of "constant circular flowing of qi" is a traditional Chinese medicine theoretical system constructed by Huang Yuanyu based on the rise and fall of "middle qi",which drives the liver and heart qi to rise in the left,and the lung and kidney qi to fall in the right,forming a constant circular movement of qi.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction is a recommended prescription in the Clinical Treatment Guide of Myasthenia Gravis (2019),whose formulation idea of warmly invigorating the spleen and stomach,benefiting qi and ascending essence of food and drinks is consistent with the idea of the "constant circular flowing of qi" theory that emphasizes the rise and fall of the spleen and stomach qi.This paper analyzes the pathogenesis of myasthenia gravis and its treatment with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction based on the theory of "constant circular flowing of qi",giving full play to the simple and flexible characteristics of the prescription,providing a theoretical reference for Chinese medicine treatment of myasthenia gravis and prevention of its recurrence.更多还原
