【Abstract】 Professor Liu Shenlin concludes that rashes associated with chemotherapy or targeted therapy for gastrointestinal malignant tumors is caused by the syndrome of deficiency in the root while excess in manifestations,and that "deficiency of vital qi and entrenchment of pathogens in the body" represents the essence of rashes,with deficiency of healthy qi as the root cause,and wind,dampness,heat,and stagnation as the manifestations.As for treatment,the overall method is to strengthen the vital qi and to treat deficiency syndromes with tonifying methods,supplemented by eliminating pathogens and promoting the rash eruption.With such a comprehensive treatment,appropriate prescription and precise medication,a remarkable effect can be expected.The purpose of this article is to summarize Professor Liu Shenlin’s experience in the treatment of chemotherapy-or targeted therapy-related rashes of gastrointestinal malignant tumors in traditional Chinese medicine,with a medical case attached to it as evidence.更多还原
