【摘要】 本文根据《伤寒论》条文分析其所体现的津液理论，并以此为基础探析腹泻的证治规律。本文探讨了津液的“一元论”属性(包含阴阳两种功能)，津液的阴阳两种功能下降均可导致腹泻发生，而输布流转不利(表上津液凝滞、中焦津液亏虚以及津液的凝滞和耗散过度)均是腹泻的重要病机。根据腹泻的津液病机不同，治疗时可根据药物的四气五味及不同性味组合采取解表治里、补中益津、温里治水、清热通里及调和寒热等方法予以对治，并举一医案予以论证。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article analyzes the theory of body fluids embodied in the Shanhan Lun (Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases) and explores the rules of syndrome differentiation and treatment of diarrhea based on this theory.This article explores the "monism" of body fluids (including both yin and yang activities).It notes that the decline in either their yin activity or yang activity can lead to diarrhea,and poor distribution and circulation of body fluids (superficies stagnation of body fluids,deficiency of body fluids in middle jiao,and excessive stagnation and dissipation of body fluids) are both important pathological factors of diarrhea.According to the different pathogenic factors of diarrhea caused by body fluids,it is held that symptomatic treatment methods can be employed based on the various natures and flavors of herbs or their combination,to reach goals such as resolving the exterior and treating the interior,tonifying the spleen and benefiting body fluids,warming the interior to treat body fluids,clearing heat to relieve catharsis,and harmonizing cold and heat.In addition,a medical case is presented in the article as evidence.更多还原
