【Abstract】 Chief Physician Zhang Dinghua specializes in treating endocrine diseases,particularly menopausal syndrome(also known as perimenopausal syndrome) in women. Based on the theory of the opening,closing,and pivoting of the three Yin and three Yang from Suwen·Yinyang Lihelun(Basic Questions: On the Separation and Combination of Yin and Yang) and Lingshu·Genjie(Spiritual Pivot: Roots and Knots),combined with clinical experience,Zhang summarizes the core pathogenesis of this condition as dysfunction of the Shaoyang pivot. Gradually,an academic thought has been formed that focuses on harmonizing and resolving the Shaoyang pivot,using Xiaochaihu Tang as the base formula. This approach also emphasizes supporting the spleen earth and regulating the body’s Qi and blood,ensuring orderly ascending and descending of Qi and harmonizing the Zang-Fu organs,Qi,blood,Yin,and Yang,achieving excellent clinical efficacy. This article briefly analyzes Zhang’s academic thought and clinical experience to summarize and study her clinical diagnostic and treatment thinking.更多还原
