【摘要】 免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)是一种以孤立性血小板减少为特征的自身免疫性疾病,严重危害患者健康。目前,ITP治疗仍面临诸多挑战,包括实现个体化精准治疗、避免过度治疗以及管理难治性病例等。辨体-辨病-辨证模式由国医大师王琦院士基于中医体质学说与传统辨证论治理论构建而成。这种“三辨”结合的诊疗模式既能发挥中医辨病、辨证论治的优势,又能从疾病的本质和患者的体质层面把握疾病的发展规律,通过制定个性化的诊疗方案提高临床疗效、改善患者生存质量,为ITP治疗提供有效解决方案。本文将系统探讨“三辨”模式在ITP诊疗中的应用价值,以期为中医治疗ITP提供新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Immune thrombocytopenia(ITP) is an autoimmune disorder characterized by isolated thrombocytopenia,which poses a serious threat to patients ’ health. Current treatment of ITP still faces multiple challenges,including the realization of individualized precision therapy,avoidance of overtreatment,and management of refractory cases. The constitution-disease-syndrome differentiation model was developed by Academician Wang Qi,a national master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),based on the TCM constitution theory and traditional syndrome differentiation and treatment principles. This integrated “three differentiation” diagnostic and therapeutic approach not only capitalizes on the strengths of TCM disease differentiation and syndrome-based treatment but also captures disease progression patterns from the perspectives of disease nature and patient constitution. By formulating personalized diagnosis and treatment plans,it helps improve clinical efficacy and patients ’ quality of life,offering an effective solution for ITP management. This article systematically discusses the application value of the “Three Differentiation” model in the diagnosis and treatment of ITP,with the aim of providing new insights for TCM-based approaches to the disease.更多还原
