【摘要】 认知功能障碍是新发现的糖尿病慢性并发症,近年来随着研究进展与患病人数增多,逐渐受到临床关注。血浊理论是国医大师王新陆为适应新时代疾病谱改变开创的新型中医理论,指血液失去清纯状态或循行失常,浊化致病。血浊理论与糖尿病认知功能障碍高度契合,颅脑为元神之府,上居高巅,性阳喜清,依赖血脉濡养。血浊病理状态下,糖脂浊邪随血上犯神明,扰乱清灵,故导致认知功能障碍。因此,王新陆教授提出“血浊害清”是糖尿病认知功能障碍的核心病机,并将“清化血浊、纯净髓海”作为基本治疗的思路。同时,王新陆教授结合该病前期“中焦失司、气阴两虚”与后期“脑络瘀痹、髓海不足”的病机特点,总结出系统、完整的中医药诊疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cognitive dysfunction is a newly-discovered chronic complication of diabetes. In recent years,with the advancement of research and the increasing number of patients,it has gradually caught the attention of the clinical community. The theory of blood turbidity is a new TCM theory pioneered by Wang Xinlu,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,to adapt to the changing disease spectrum in the new era. It refers to a state where the blood loses its pure and clean state or has abnormal circulation,and the turbidity in the blood causes diseases. This theory highly aligns with diabetic cognitive dysfunction. The brain,as the residence of the primordial spirit,is located at the top of the body. It pertains to Yang in nature,prefers a clear state,and depends on the nourishment of blood vessels. In the pathological state of blood turbidity,turbid pathogenic factors related to sugar and lipids ascend to the brain with the blood,disturbing the clarity of the mind and thus leading to cognitive dysfunction. Therefore,Professor Wang Xinlu proposes that “blood turbidity affecting clearness” is the core pathogenesis of diabetic cognitive dysfunction,and the basic treatment approach is to “clear the turbid blood and purify the sea of marrow”. Meanwhile,considering the pathogenesis characteristics of “dysfunction of the middle-Jiao and deficiency of both Qi and Yin” in the early stage and “stasis and blockage of brain collaterals and insufficiency of the sea of marrow” in the later stage of the disease,Professor Wang Xinlu has summarized a systematic and comprehensive TCM diagnosis and treatment protocol.更多还原
